WW1 British Indian Regiment Tabletop Puppet

At Westminster with Enfield Conservative MP David Burrows, Helen Kelly of HMDT, Heritage Lottery Chief Exec & Historian Dan Snow & Tertia Sefton-Green of HMDT

Also commissioned by Hackney Music Development Trust (HMDT) for Trench Brothers, Harbaksh is 24" tabletop Sikh puppet from the British Indian Regiment.  He is wearing a uniform made of military khaki and a faux leather bandolier to carry his ammunition.  He is also holding a scimitar, which was made from part of an old bed frame.  In October 2014, Harbaksh was taken to the Houses of Parliament by HMDT and enjoyed meeting some MPs, one of whom subsequently came to watch a performance of Trench Brothers.
